Toledo inched its way up an annual list of best places to live, rising four spots from where it placed last year.

A new ranking — the 2017 Best Places to Live by U.S. News & World Report — placed Toledo 71st out of the United States’ 100 largest metro areas. Last year, the city was 75th on the list.
