Join the Economic Innovation Group on Monday, December 12, for a review of Opportunity Zones (OZ) activity in 2022 and insights on what may lie ahead in 2023.

In 2022, the Opportunity Zones marketplace continued to grow as investors gained more familiarity with the program, fund managers solidified operations, and early proof-of-concepts were replicated. This activity is reflected in Novogradac’s most recent survey of Qualified Opportunity Funds (QOFs), which determined that more than $32 billion in OZ equity had been raised as of the end of September 2022. At the same time, Congress has been considering the most recent Opportunity Zones legislation, which includes a slate of proposals aimed at improving the policy and extending tax benefit deadlines. If enacted, these proposals will likely shape the OZ marketplace heading into 2023.

During this webinar, speakers will discuss investment highlights from 2022, market trends, and the status of the Opportunity Zones Transparency, Improvement, and Extension Act. Speakers will also share insights on how macroeconomic factors are influencing project financing, and what to expect in 2023.

Join us December 12, 2022, from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET
