Join the Economic Innovation Group on Tuesday, May 24, for a discussion on how Opportunity Zones (OZ) investors and stakeholders currently perceive the growing OZ marketplace, and how collecting data on OZ efforts can help us better understand the impact of the OZ policy.

The new Opportunity Zones Transparency, Extension, and Improvement Act includes provisions to track and make public aggregated information on OZ investment activity and economic indicators in designated OZs. However, even absent reporting requirements, some OZ stakeholders are engaged in efforts to survey the marketplace and measure the impact of OZ investments.

During this webinar, speakers will share information about a recent national survey of 145 OZ stakeholders, including investors, developers, brokers, fund managers, bankers, advisors, and others, that brought forth insights on the relevance of proactively sharing data on investment activity. Speakers will also discuss methods for tracking and articulating the impact of OZ investments, provide project examples, and share insights on how investors currently view the OZ industry.
