Cardiff Garcia
Editorial Director
Cardiff Garcia serves as EIG’s Editorial Director, overseeing the production and editing of EIG’s research projects. He is the host and co-creator of The New Bazaar, EIG’s economics podcast. He was most recently the co-founder, with Aimee Keane, of podcast production and consulting company Bazaar Audio. He was previously the co-creator and co-host, alongside Stacey Vanek Smith, of NPR’s The Indicator from Planet Money podcast. Before that, he was US editor of FT Alphaville, the finance and economics blog of the Financial Times, where he also wrote for the newspaper’s On Wall Street column and was the founder and host of Alphachat, the longform economics podcast.
